Official Rules – He’s Wrong She’s Right Podcast 6,000 Subscriber Giveaway

1. Sponsor
The He’s Wrong She’s Right Podcast Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by He’s Wrong She’s Right (the “Podcast”) and is in no way affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube, Apple, Spotify, or Amazon.

2. Eligibility
This Giveaway is open to legal residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of He’s Wrong She’s Right are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins immediately and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on April 19, 2025 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted after this deadline will not be eligible.

4. Entry Requirements
Participants can earn entries through the following actions:

  ‣ You must be an active subscriber to be eligible to win (1 entry).

• Comment on Any Spotify Episode
  ‣ Each thoughtful, non-spam comment earns 1 entry.
  ‣ Limit: 1 entry per comment, unlimited entries allowed if each is unique and meaningful.

• Leave a 5-Star Review on Apple Podcasts
  ‣ Earn 5 bonus entries for leaving a genuine, constructive 5-star review.
  ‣ Must be publicly visible and verifiable.

  • Subscribe to the Podcast on Apple Podcasts or Spotify
    ‣ Optional, but earns you 1 extra entry (must provide proof if requested).

No purchase necessary. Any attempt to manipulate or game the system (e.g., spam, fake accounts) will result in disqualification.

5. Subscriber Milestone Requirement
This Giveaway is contingent upon reaching a channel milestone of 6,000 YouTube subscribers by the end of the Giveaway Period (April 19, 2025). If the milestone is not reached, the Giveaway may be postponed or canceled at the discretion of the Podcast team.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
Two winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced on April 26, 2025, via the He’s Wrong She’s Right YouTube channel and social media platforms.
Each winner will receive a $100 Amazon Gift Card.

Winners must respond within 72 hours of being contacted or an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Prize Details

• Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) $100 Amazon Gift Card.

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

8. General Conditions
The Podcast reserves the right to:

• Disqualify any participant who violates these rules or attempts to cheat.

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway in the event of unforeseen issues.

• Verify the eligibility of any entrant or entry.

9. Release & Limitations of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless He’s Wrong She’s Right, its sponsors, and associated platforms from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation or acceptance of the prize.

10. Privacy Notice
Any personal information collected will be used solely to administer the Giveaway and notify winners. Your information will not be sold or shared.
